About OvenMate
A small business that takes the work seriously
OvenMate is locally owned and serves customers across Christchurch.
We started with a clear focus on oven cleaning. Today, we also clean cooktops, rangehoods, BBQs and commercial ovens.
How we work
We take pride in every clean.
Different ovens need different care. Our experience covers a wide range of domestic ovens as well as commercial ovens, so we look at the appliance and the work it needs.
We want customers to feel comfortable asking questions, raising a concern or telling us where we can improve. Good service includes how we listen and respond.
Payment after the clean
There is no upfront payment. Customers pay after the job by bank transfer or cash.
Care after the job
If you have a question or concern, you can contact us directly. We take feedback seriously and use it to improve the service.
