A booking request may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, requested date and time, selected services, notes and optional appliance photos.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your request, contact you about the appointment, provide the service, manage booking records and respond to service questions. Operational messages are not marketing messages.

Photos

Booking photos are stored privately for assessing and managing the requested work. OvenMate will not publish a customer photo for marketing without appropriate permission.

Storage and access

Booking records are kept in protected systems and are available only to people who need them for OvenMate operations. We retain information only for legitimate business, service and legal needs.
