OvenMate collects only the information needed to review, arrange and manage cleaning requests.

Information we collect

A booking request may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, requested date and time, selected services, notes and optional appliance photos.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your request, contact you about the appointment, provide the service, manage booking records and respond to service questions. Messages about your booking or service are not marketing messages.

Website visits

We collect general website statistics, such as pages visited, referring websites, broad location and device type. These reports do not include names, contact details, booking information or uploaded photos.

Photos

Photos supplied with a booking are used to assess and manage the requested work. OvenMate will not publish a customer photo for marketing without permission.

Storage and access

Booking records are available only to people who need them to operate OvenMate. We keep information only for legitimate business, service and legal needs.
